Why the price is lower
The big brands send a salesperson to your house, run a test, and quote $6,000 to $8,000. The salesperson's commission is in that number. We do not send one. We put the price in the ad, you send us photos, a licensed plumber installs it. That is the whole difference.
How it works

Questions
Is $2,699 really the whole price?
Yes for a standard install. See the scope sheet for the few things that cost more.
Do you need to test my water first?
No. Columbus publishes its water report. We read it. Wells are different and need a third-party test.
Who does the install?
A licensed Ohio plumber, on his own license and insurance, with a permit.
What about maintenance?
You can change your own filters and buy your own salt. We will show you how. Optional Water Care plan if you would rather not.
What if my house is unusual?
Crawlspace, no outlet, no drain: priced on the scope sheet before you commit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. 3 days after deposit, any reason, full refund.
