How it works

Five photos. One price. One visit.

No salesperson, no appointment to get a number. Here is the whole sequence, start to finish.

1

Text us or upload five photos

Main shutoff, drain, outlet, where the tank goes, under the kitchen sink. Phone photos are fine. The checklist is below.

If you are not sure what something is, take the photo anyway and we will sort it out.

2

We confirm the price within the hour

Standard install is $2,699. Anything unusual is priced on our public scope sheet before you say yes.

Business hours. After hours you will have it first thing in the morning.

3

Pay a 50% deposit

You have 3 days to cancel for any reason and get the full deposit back.

Card or bank transfer. Financing through Wisetack if you prefer monthly.

4

A licensed plumber installs it

Usually within 7 to 10 days. Balance on completion, after you have seen it running.

The permit is pulled under the plumber's own license before install day.

The five photos

Main shutoff

Where the water enters the house. Usually a basement wall or garage.

Drain

Floor drain, utility sink, or standpipe near the tank spot.

Outlet

Nearest electrical outlet. The valve needs one.

Where the tank goes

Step back so we can see the floor and the wall.

Under the kitchen sink

Cabinet open. We check space for the RO tank.

Install day

Three to five hours. Water is off for about one of them. You get a walkthrough and a written maintenance sheet before we leave.

The permit

A plumbing permit tells the city a licensed plumber did the work and an inspector can check it. We pull one on every job.

The 2-inch air gap

The drain line ends two inches above the drain so nothing can siphon back into your water.

The bypass

One valve routes water around the system so you can service it or fill a pool without soft water.

Same system. Honest price.
