The agreement
When you pay a deposit, you accept these terms and the scope we confirmed by text. The scope, the price, and the published scope sheet are the whole deal. Nothing said in an ad or a call changes it unless we confirm it in writing.
Price
The price we confirm from your photos is fixed for a standard install. If the plumber finds a condition the photos could not show, we stop, price it from the public scope sheet, and proceed only if you agree.
Payment
50% deposit to schedule. Balance on completion, the same day, after the walkthrough. Financing through Wisetack is subject to their approval and terms.
Who does the work
A licensed, insured Ohio plumber working under his own license and permit. Upfront Water coordinates, supplies equipment, and stands behind the workmanship warranty below.
Warranty
One year on workmanship from the install date. Manufacturer parts warranty passes through to you; terms are listed on the pricing page. Warranty does not cover damage from freezing, misuse, or work by others.
Cancellation
See the cancellation policy. Three days after deposit, any reason, full refund.
Limits
Our liability is limited to the price you paid. Ohio law governs. Disputes go first to a conversation, then to small claims or arbitration in Franklin County.
