Cancellation policy

Three days, any reason
You may cancel within 3 days of paying the deposit for any reason. Text or email us and the full deposit is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
After three days
If equipment has been ordered for your job, we refund the deposit less the supplier restocking cost, which we will show you. If nothing has been ordered, the full deposit is refunded.
Rescheduling
Free. Tell us 24 hours ahead if you can.
If we cancel
If we cannot do the job as scoped and you do not want the revised scope, you get a full refund and we part as friends.
