What we collect
Name, mobile number, ZIP code, the photos you send us, and notes you add. If you call or text, we keep the message history. Our website records standard analytics and, if you arrived from an ad, a Meta Pixel event so we know the ad worked.
Why we collect it
To price your install, schedule it, pull the permit, and answer your questions. Photos are used only to scope your job.
Who sees it
Our team, the licensed plumber assigned to your job, our scheduling and messaging provider (GoHighLevel), our payment processor, and Wisetack if you apply for financing. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Job records for as long as the warranty runs, then seven years for tax records. Photos of homes we did not install are deleted after 90 days.
